Adani Realty, the real estate division of the diversified Adani Group, has been awarded the prestigious Grohe Hurun India Visionary Real Estate Brand of the Year Award at the Real Estate Leaders’ Conclave 2025, held in the national capital, as announced in a company statement on Friday. This accolade recognizes Adani Realty’s remarkable growth, innovative approach, and commitment to shaping the future of Indian real estate through sustainability, quality, and customer-centric development.

Adani Realty’s journey commenced in 2010 with the launch of Shantigram, a 600-acre integrated township in Ahmedabad. Since then, the company has expanded its portfolio across various asset classes, including residential, commercial, and social infrastructure, establishing a presence in high-growth urban centers such as Mumbai, Pune, Gurugram, and Ahmedabad. Currently, Adani Realty has completed 24 million square feet of development, with over 7,000 families residing in its delivered projects.

In 2024, the company was valued at ₹56,500 crore, ranking at the top of the Grohe-Hurun India Real Estate 100 list as the highest-valued unlisted real estate firm in the country.
