Gurugram-based real estate developer Signature Global is aiming for a 21.5% rise in sales bookings for the fiscal year 2025–26, setting a target of ₹12,500 crore. This surge is driven by strong housing demand and the company’s plan to launch multiple new residential projects throughout the year.
According to its latest investor presentation, Signature Global plans to maintain a consistent 20% annual growth rate in sales. The company achieved record pre-sales of ₹10,290 crore in FY25—a 42% year-on-year increase—bolstered by strategic launches and strong market demand.
Signature Global also reported a 48% jump in consolidated net profit for the quarter ending March 2025, reaching ₹61.12 crore, up from ₹41.25 crore in the same quarter last year. For the full fiscal year 2024–25, net profit soared to ₹101.2 crore from ₹16.32 crore in the previous year. However, the company’s total income for the March quarter declined to ₹570.43 crore from ₹722.73 crore a year earlier. For the entire fiscal, total income more than doubled to ₹2,637.99 crore from ₹1,324.55 crore in FY24.
Chairman Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal described FY25 as a landmark year, noting strong performance across key business areas—pre-sales, revenue, collections, and profit. “We have exceeded our annual targets,” he said, attributing the growth to a well-timed focus on premium and mid-income housing segments and a sharp understanding of market dynamics.
Aggarwal expressed confidence in continued double-digit growth for FY26, citing a resilient residential real estate market across India. Signature Global is considered a major player in the sector, particularly in Gurugram, where it has developed numerous projects. The company has already delivered 13.5 million sq ft of housing and holds a robust pipeline of 21.6 million sq ft in upcoming projects. Additionally, it is managing 46.38 million sq ft in ongoing developments, targeted for completion within the next 2–3 years.
