Tribeca Developers, the licensed partner of The Trump Organisation in India, has announced plans to invest approximately ₹6,000 to ₹7,000 crore in four new Trump-branded real estate projects, set to launch in 2025. On March 19, the company revealed that three of these projects will be residential, while one will focus on commercial office space in Pune. Kalpesh Mehta, the founder of Tribeca Developers, stated that the commercial office project in Pune will require an investment of ₹1,700 crore.

He clarified that this investment is separate from The Trump Organisation, which contributes its brand and expertise rather than capital. The Pune project will be developed in collaboration with Pune-based Kundan Spaces, with investment and revenue shared between the two entities. The Pune project, known as the Trump World Center, will occupy a 4.3-acre site in Koregaon Park Annexe and will encompass 1.6 million square feet of commercial office and retail space within two 27-story towers.

While Tribeca has several residential projects planned, further expansion into commercial real estate will be assessed after the completion of the Pune project. Mehta also mentioned that announcements for the three residential projects will be made soon, targeting North and South India, although there are currently no plans for the Mumbai market.
